Welcome to Old Colony Adult Day Health Care, Inc!

Old Colony ADHC is a fully licensed Massachusetts day health care program. We provide a combination of medical, social and therapeutic services to adults with disabilities who wish to remain living at home.

Our qualified and friendly staff will provide a day program individually tailored for each participant's needs. Transportation, meals, nursing and social services and occupational and speech therapies are all included in a secure, friendly and fun emvironment.

Our Services are Completely Free for qualified Masshealth (Medicaid) participants.

Socialization and independence are vital, to people who may feel isolated because of illness or a disability, maintain a positive outlook on life.
