Welcome to Old Colony Adult Day Health
Care, Inc!
Old Colony ADHC is a fully licensed
Massachusetts day health care program. We provide a combination
of medical, social and therapeutic services to adults with disabilities
who wish to remain living at home.
Our qualified and friendly staff will
provide a day program individually tailored for each participant's
needs. Transportation, meals, nursing and social services and occupational
and speech therapies are all included in a secure, friendly and
fun emvironment.
Our
Rates
- All services
including meals; $48.00 per day.
- Transportation
is $12.25 each way (wheelchair accessible)
Our Services are Completely
Free for qualified Masshealth (Medicaid) participants.
We also accept private pay and long term care
insurance.
