The mission of Old Colony Adult Day Health Care, Inc. is to make a positive difference in the lives of the handicapped adults and their families, while allowing them to remain at home and in their community, by providing the highest quality healthcare, socialization and recreation, tailored to the individual's needs, implemented by caring, compassionate and competent professionals, who are dedicated to the happiness and well being of all our participants.

Socializaation and independence are vital, to people who may feel isolated because of illness or a disability. It helps maintain their positive outlook on life.
