Old Colony Adult Day Health Care,
Inc. is an organization that provides a full range of health care,
rehabilitative services, social services, balanced meals and transportation.
These services are available for adults of any age who are unable
to remain safely at home by themselves.
Participants spend quality time with
people of similar age and background and participate in therapeutic
recreational and social activities that encourage a healthy happy
lifestyle. Most importantly, they are able to remain living at home
in their community.
This service is Totally FREE
for the qualified Masshealth recipients.
